What are your operating hours?
Our workshop is located at 442 Punchbowl Road, Belmore NSW 2192 situated at the Metro service station. We are open Monday to Saturday 8 am until 5pm. However, our mobile service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What areas does your mobile service cover?
Our network covers the Sydney region, including CBD, North, South, West and East of Sydney.
How quickly can you get to me?
We aim to get to you within the hour (subject to traffic and weather conditions). However, if you are in an emergency situation contact us on —- and let us know and we will prioritise your service.
Do your batteries come with warranty?
Yes. The batteries supplied and installed come with up to 3 years nationwide warranty.
What do I do with my old battery?
Every battery replacement includes delivery, installation, testing and recycling of your old battery. There is no need to worry about what to do with your old battery, our qualified technicians will arrange your battery for recycling.
My car won’t start so how do I know if I need to change my alternator?
Generally, if the battery charge light is coming on while driving this indicates there is a problem with the alternator.
My battery is in good condition but I am having trouble starting my car?
This could indicate that there is an issue with the starter motor. Our qualified technicians can check this for you either in the workshop or they can come to you to your location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How does booking online work?
The booking online facility is designed for your convenience. Whether you need to have your battery replaced or want to book your car in for a service you are able to provide all the necessary details and choose a preferred date for this service. One of our friendly consultants will then email you back with confirmation and prices.
